Download manager makes it easier for you to keep track of your internet downloads, whether that's an image or a PDF document. The app shows in-progress and completed file downloads. You can also pause or resume downloads. Once you have finished downloading files, you can sort them by date so you know which file was downloaded first.
Interestingly, Download manager has a convenient built-in browser for easy browsing and downloading of files. You can toggle between the night and day modes. The former is perfect if want to avoid eye strain due to prolonged device use. As of this writing, Download manager is free to download on Android devices.
